About the Practitioner
I’m Anne-Marie Pereira, a Wellbeing and Fertility Expert with over six years of experience helping women who feel stuck, overwhelmed and burnt out. My work blends neuroscience-based therapy with deep emotional healing—using RTT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Systemic Hypnotherapy. I’ve supported hundreds of women to uncover what’s blocking them and move forward with clarity and trust. My approach is warm, simple and deeply personal. I believe real change is possible when we feel safe and truly seen and that’s what I offer in every session.

We’ll use a safe, gentle process that blends RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy), Clinical Hypnotherapy and personalised support to create lasting change. This is not surface-level coaching. It’s deep, focused inner work that brings relief, clarity and freedom.
