Many adults with ADHD are capable and thoughtful people who live with a mind that feels constantly busy. You may feel overwhelmed, distracted, and struggling to keep up with everything life demands.
Some of the people I work with are highly capable and successful in many areas of life, yet still feel internally overwhelmed, scattered, or exhausted from trying to manage everything.
You might also find it hard to slow down, switch off, or feel balanced between work, responsibilities, and taking care of yourself.
In our coaching sessions, we gently explore how ADHD shows up in your life and develop supportive strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
Together we may work on:
• improving organisation and focus
• overcoming procrastination and building motivation
• calming a busy or racing mind
• managing emotional overwhelm
• softening the inner critic and building self-compassion
• creating a healthier balance between work, rest, and self-care
My approach combines ADHD coaching with calming practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and simple grounding techniques that help regulate the nervous system. Some clients are looking for support to calm overwhelm and regulate their nervous system, while others come for practical support with organisation and focus. Often it is a combination of both. Together we work with practical strategies such as weekly planning, clarifying priorities, and simple systems that help you stay focused on what matters most.
My work combines practical ADHD coaching with practices that help calm overwhelm and support nervous system regulation. I care deeply about helping people move away from self-criticism and overwhelm, and towards greater confidence, and self-trust.
Clients find that having supportive weekly check-ins helps them stay on track with their goals.
This helps you improve focus and productivity while also feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control.
I am also a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, where my guided practices support thousands of listeners experiencing ADHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
Sessions are supportive, practical, and tailored to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, we simply begin where you are.
Over time, many people find they feel more organised, less overwhelmed, and better able to move through work and life with confidence and ease. Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing themselves to keep up, often carrying a quiet sense that they should be coping better than they are.
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to book a session and begin exploring what might help you feel more focused, calm, and supported.
