Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect your need for flexibility. However, please be aware that we have a strict no-refund policy for our coaching sessions. Once you have committed to our coaching program, the fees are non-refundable.

Session Expiration:

Each coaching session comes with an expiration date, as clearly stated in the Statement of Work. We kindly remind our clients of this expiration date to ensure that you maximize the benefits of our coaching services. If you have not booked your sessions by the specified deadline, we will consider our contractual obligations fulfilled.

Punctuality:

We value punctuality and respect your time as well as ours. We expect our clients to be on time for scheduled coaching sessions. If, for any reason, you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions will be rescheduled if more than 10 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee session availability for last-minute changes.

Ethical Standards:

We uphold the highest ethical standards in our coaching practice. Our commitment to confidentiality means that all information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law. We adhere to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics & Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) To ensure that our coaching relationship is built on trust, respect, and integrity.

Communication and Empowerment:

If the above terms are not explicitly outlined in your contract, we will make every effort to communicate these policies with you verbally. We believe in open and honest communication to empower you to make informed decisions about your coaching journey.

In the event that you find it challenging to adhere to our terms or wish to discontinue coaching, we encourage you to reach out. We will reach out to you lovingly and respectfully to discuss your options and work towards a mutually beneficial resolution.
