Breathwork uses a selection of intentional breathing techniques and patterns that allow the breather to focus on their breath, shift energy, and calm the mind. I like to say that breathwork is a meditation on steroids. Breathwork is an amazing alternative to meditation for those who find meditation challenging but want the benefits. In breathwork, we give the mind a focus and a job.

In breathwork, we learn to actively work with our nervous system, helping it shift from a sympathetic state (known as flight-fight-freeze) into a parasympathetic (known as rest-digest-heal). As we learn to shift our states, we also learn to heal our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of ourselves.

Breathwork is the key to unlocking the next level of your life. Breathwork can help you:

* Release stuck energy such as stress, anxiety, trauma, and limiting beliefs.
* Break perpetual negative thought patterns that are holding you back or creating fear.
* Connect with your heart, your inner knowing, and with joy.
* Tap into your intuition and discover your voice and desires.
* Achieve a heightened level of focus, energy, and creativity.

Most people leave a breathwork session feeling calmer, at peace, grounded, and lighter. There are often experiences where you finally have the answer to something, or a creative block is released. All kinds of these can happen as a benefit and outcome of each session. Most of which will allow you to bring new energy towards achieving your goals.

Be prepared when you arrive. Here are some tips/tricks to ensure you get the most out of this session.

Come with an intention in mind, we will craft this at the beginning of each session.

* Be sure to have a safe, quiet uninterrupted space where you can relax and lay down, if you choose (bed, sofa, floor)
* Bring your journal/pen
* Water for after-session hydration
* A blanket in case you get cold
* Headphones (optional)
* Eye mask (optional) but amazing
* Breathwork is best on an empty stomach so try not to eat a heavy meal or drink a lot of fluids within 2 hours of your session.
* Try to leave a bit of time after your session. It’s nice to have time to process what showed up for you.

Caution: Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries, or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.

Intensive Breakthrough Experience:

You may request to cancel your Breakthrough Coaching session within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please provide 72 hours notice before the date and start time of the experience.

Breathwork Experience (5-session package):

You may request to cancel your 5-session package within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued. All sessions must be used within six months of purchase. Once booked I reserve that calendar time slot for you and have limited availability, therefore, 24-hour advance cancellation/rescheduling notice is required for each booked session. If cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period of scheduled date that session will be forfeited. Please arrive on time, in a quiet safe location, with your environment prepared and ready to go.
