Rescheduling: Clients have the opportunity to reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled booking, with no penalty and subject to the availability of the practitioner. Clients must log in to their account, find the booking, and reschedule before the 24-hour window expires. After the 24-hour window has passed, the option to reschedule an appointment will no longer be available, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.
No Refunds: Once an experience or appointment is confirmed and payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
Late Policy: If Client is late for an appointment, please understand that respecting the following clients, the session may still need to finish at the agreed time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to our agreed start time & the Coach has not been contacted, it will be assumed the Client has cancelled.
Confidentiality: This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the CLCI Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege.
