About the Practitioner
Hi, I'm Flor! I'm a multidisciplinary artist, designer, contemporary art curator, and educator with over 15 years of experience teaching art and helping people express themselves through creativity.
I've hosted virtual art experiences for more than 10,000 participants from leading companies, including Google, Meta, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix, and Spotify. My workshops are designed to bring people together, spark fresh ideas, and create meaningful shared experiences.
I hold a Master's degree in Contemporary Art Curating and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design. My background spans art, photography, and design, including founding my own fashion brand, where I transformed my original photographs into prints for clothing and fabrics. I've also studied at institutions including Central Saint Martins and Domus Academy.
With my Design a Team Logo workshop, I bring together my passion for visual storytelling, design, and collaboration. I guide teams through the creative process of exploring their shared values, discovering what makes them unique, and translating those ideas into a visual identity they can be proud of.
I believe great design starts with a great idea, and the best ideas often emerge when people create together. You don't need any design experience to participate, just curiosity, imagination, and a willingness to see what your team can come up with! -

Design a Team Logo: A Creative Virtual Team Building Workshop
What makes your team unique? What do you stand for? And how would you bring that to life in a single design?
In this fun, interactive virtual workshop, your team will come together to explore its shared identity and create a logo that captures what makes you special.
Guided by artist and designer Flor Da Valle, you’ll discover the fundamentals of logo design, color theory, and brand identity. No design experience is needed, just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to collaborate.
What to Expect
We’ll start by exploring your team’s core values, personality, and shared vision. What brings you together? What makes your team different? And what do you want your logo to communicate?
Through creative exercises and group brainstorming, you’ll turn these ideas into visual concepts.
Flor will introduce the basics of effective logo design, including how colors, shapes, and symbols communicate meaning. You’ll then put those principles into practice, working together to create a logo that represents your team.
You can sketch your ideas by hand or use digital tools such as Canva to bring your designs to life.
At the end of the workshop, everyone will have the opportunity to share their ideas and vote for their favorite design. Who knows? You might even end up with a logo you’ll want to put on your team’s T-shirts!

How It Works
The workshop lasts 60 minutes and is held live via Google Meet. The experience costs $30 per person, with a minimum booking of 10 participants ($300). For groups larger than 10, simply select the total number of participants when booking.
Flor can also host the experience via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for private groups if arranged in advance.
Come ready to brainstorm, experiment, and get creative. You’ll explore what makes your team unique, learn the basics of logo design, and collaborate on a logo that captures your team’s personality and spirit. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, stronger team connections, and a visual expression of what brings you together.
Materials Needed
You can create your logo using simple materials you already have at home:
– A sheet of paper (letter size or similar)
– Pencil and eraser
– Black marker or fine-tip pen
– Colored markers, highlighters, or colored pencils
– Scissors and sharpener
Prefer to work digitally? You can also design your logo using the free version of Canva or AI-assisted design tools.
Important Information
– This is a live, interactive virtual group workshop.
– No previous art or design experience is required.
– Participants can work with traditional drawing materials or digital design tools.
