For over 15 years, I struggled with chronic pain, trying countless therapies that provided no lasting relief. Alongside this, I was diagnosed with ADHD at 6, clinical depression at 14, and battled anxiety throughout my life. I spent nearly two decades on medication—ADHD pills and antidepressants—but always felt disconnected from myself and the world around me. Despite achieving what society deems “success”—a stable career, a nice apartment, and a comfortable lifestyle—I was deeply unhappy and unfulfilled.

At 24, I hit a breaking point. I knew I couldn’t continue living this way. I decided to detox from the medications, but the journey was incredibly difficult. For years, I didn’t know how to function without them, feeling lost as I learned to live without external support.

Over the next six years, I dedicated myself to healing. I immersed myself in mastering a process to reprogram my nervous system, release trapped emotional trauma, and heal my body. Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and emotional release, I finally broke free from the pain and suffering that had controlled my life for so long. I even spent six months in the Himalayas studying breathwork and meditation, refining these tools and gaining the knowledge needed to help others find the same freedom.

In addition to my healing journey, I chase my passions and live a life aligned with what truly excites me. My love for adventure has taken me to 66 countries, each one teaching me something new about life, the world, and what it means to live fully. Traveling has shown me that life is about more than just surviving—it’s about thriving, following your heart, and designing a life that feels deeply fulfilling.
