Description

Have an idea, work-in-progress, or work ‘not-in-progress?’

In these one-to-one sessions, Karen will offer ways to approach your story. She may create custom guided visualizations for you to write and discover, in session, the key emotional elements and characters that make up the essence of your story.

This process will support you as you create your memoir, poems, stories, essays, screenplay, card deck, or craft any other text-based work.

Karen can offer guidance on:

• Why it’s best to complete a draft instead of revising along the way
• Ways to customize a writing plan that fits your schedule and moods
• How to approach your story to stay out of overwhelm

Your story matters. You’re the only one who can tell it. No one else has your background, your history, and your point of view. Your voice is singular and special, and deserves to be heard.

Maybe you’ve had an intention to write your story, but haven’t been able to organize your energy to effectively make progress.

In these private, one-to-one sessions, Karen will offer guidance on ways to approach writing your story so you can:

• Structure the narrative to keep readers engaged
• Lean into your strengths as a writer
• Express yourself in your authentic voice
• Stay out of overwhelm
• Be curious instead of avoidant
• Feel compelled to invest in your story

Karen has ways to help you identify the key emotional elements that make up the essence of your story. This is how you begin to see ‘what your story’s about.’

Sometimes the story is hard to see. Karen asks the kinds of questions that invite you to provide the answers. And the answers may surprise you!

The intention for the sessions is for you to come away with more clarity on your story and how to approach it, in a way that makes sense for you.

You’ll receive focused, personalized attention so you can truly see a clear path to writing your story.

By choosing this package of three sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to go deeper into your story, with professional guidance, so you can get excited about writing it!

If you don’t see a time that works, please CONTACT Karen to find the best time for you.
