1. Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available for coaching session packages. My commitment lies in delivering valuable support, and I deeply value your investment in your personal development.

2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, I kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. This advanced notice allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedules accordingly. Clients must log in to their account, find the booking, and reschedule before the 24-hour window expires. After the 24-hour window has passed, the option to reschedule an appointment will no longer be available.

3. No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited. I am unable to reschedule or provide a refund for missed sessions in such cases.

4. Punctuality: I am dedicated to beginning and concluding our coaching sessions on time as a sign of respect for all clients. Please ensure you are prepared and available for your scheduled sessions to maximize the value and time spent during your coaching.

5. Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where required by law.
