About the Practitioner
I’m a mindfulness teacher and bodyworker who helps those who’ve tried everything finally move beyond what keeps them stuck and in pain by combining nervous system regulation, breathwork, and posture-focused strength training that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Through my unique blend of embodiment and somatic practices, as well as mindfulness techniques, I provide transformative experiences that leave clients and audiences feeling calmer, more grounded, and genuinely connected to themselves.
Most wellness talks and workshops only target symptoms.
