About the Practitioner
I’m Anne-Marie Pereira, a Wellbeing and Fertility Expert with years of experience supporting women through emotional burnout, overwhelm and times when everything feels too much.
My work combines Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Systemic tools but what matters most is meeting you with presence, care and the exact support you need right now.

This 60-minute SOS session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll focus on what’s most urgent—whether that’s emotional release, nervous system regulation or just space to breathe and be held.

– Personalised support using the best tools for your situation (this may include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Systemic Hypnotherapy and other guided processes and techniques).
– A safe space to release what’s been building up and walk away with a lighter mind and clearer energy.
This isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about giving yourself relief, clarity and one true moment of support—so you can feel steady again.
