Learn more about Reiki energy work below.
Reiki is a highly effective Japanese healing technique that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Remote sessions produce a relaxed, trance-like state while balancing the body’s energetic field. All you need to do is find a comfortable, quiet place to lie down and be open to receiving. As Reiki is transmitted through the quantum field, you’ll then feel the energy wrap around you as you slip into deep relaxation.
The Reiki energy flows through the chakras, meridians, and aura to remove blockages that contribute to physical and mental conditions. Reiki works in harmony with all other medical and psychological care. It is used in over 800 hospitals across the U.S., and studies have shown it improves sleep and significantly reduces stress, anxiety, and pain. Also, it promotes an increase in consciousness and overall well-being. Alexandra is a Reiki Master, triple certified by the International Center for Reiki Training.
