Yoga, Meditation and Deep Rest
The programme includes morning and afternoon yoga, guided meditation and restorative practices such as vinyasa, yin and yoga Nidra. Sessions offer options for different experience levels and abilities.
Every activity is optional. You can join the complete programme or give yourself more time to sleep, read, walk, swim or rest beside the lake.
Lake Swimming, Forest Walks and Sauna Time
Swim in the retreat centre’s private lake, explore the surrounding forest or relax in the floating wood-fired sauna. Paddleboards and canoes may also be available for enjoying the water.
The programme encourages time away from screens, with no-phone areas and plenty of space to reconnect with yourself and the natural environment.
Your Retreat Setting
The retreat centre consists of seven buildings set among the forest. Facilities include two light-filled yoga shalas, a dining room, a yurt, a cosy library, a lakeside deck and a floating sauna.
Accommodation is simple, comfortable and shared. Options include twin rooms, triple rooms, double or twin rooms for two people, solo-occupancy rooms and heated lakeside bell tents. Bathrooms and showers are shared, including for guests staying in the bell tents.
Plant-Based Food and Swedish Fika
All meals, snacks and hot drinks are included. The kitchen serves abundant vegetarian and vegan food using mainly organic ingredients, with many dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles.
Your retreat begins with fika, the Swedish tradition of taking a break for tea, coffee and something sweet. A self-service drinks station remains available throughout the retreat.
The retreat is alcohol-free. Please provide details of any dietary requirements when booking.
