Scheduling/ Cancellations

As your coach, I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Each session will be 60 minutes. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, the client must do so at minimum 2 hours in advance. Clients must log in to their account, find the booking, and cancel or reschedule before the 2-hour window expires.

After the 2-hour window has passed, the option to cancel or reschedule an appointment will no longer be available, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Coach Ang Atwell reserves the right to cancel the program at any point if she feels it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue. If this happens, the client is only responsible for the sessions that have already taken place.

Confidentiality

Coach Ang Atwell will keep the client's information private, and will not share the client's information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

Client Responsibility and Disclaimer

Coach Ang Atwell is here to assist clients in their specific and unique ways. During my time with clients, we will work through a multitude of things, limiting beliefs, old patterns or cycles, etc. Clients are responsible for implementing her/their own actions, decisions, etc. learned from the practices and tools provided during coaching. Life coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed and does not prevent, cure, or treat medical disease or mental disorder.

The client has chosen to work with a life coach and understands the information received should not be seen as medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

Additionally, the client releases Coach Ang Atwell from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law and equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against Coach Ang Atwell. As well as, any claims arising from the clients' past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of Coach Ang Atwell.
