Liz Morrison is a Storytelling Coach and Tarot Guide who helps you shape and share your most powerful stories through interactive storytelling events, workshops, and coaching. With 15+ years experience creating human-story-driven content for companies (Airbnb), campaigns (Obama 2012), and cable (Bravo), Liz has helped hundreds of regular people (and some celebrities) turn their stories into catalysts for positive change (from electing a president to finding love on a dating show.) Now, Liz is on a mission to help people and teams discover their storytelling superpowers. Her approach combines the art and science of storytelling, where you’ll gain the tools to use your stories to communicate better, deepen relationships, and inspire meaningful action.

YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: You agree to take responsibility for getting what you want from the coaching process. That included telling me about topics you want to discuss and working with me to select the appropriate coaching activities. If anything we do together doesn’t work for you or “feel right,” you will commit to bringing it to my attention so we can explore other options.
SCHEDULING: We both agree to be on time for our sessions to honor each other’s time. It is a protected time on your calendar, that nothing gets in the way of. You agree to make calls from a quiet, private place where you can be present to receive maximum value. (e.g., no calls from a cell phone while driving, no doing “chores” or other work while coaching, no cooking or eating food while coaching). It is encouraged to block off at least 15 minutes after the end of our session to integrate our conversation and transition back into your day.
AI NOTES & TRANSCRIPTS: All our sessions will be recorded via Zoom and transcribed and summarized using an AI note-taking tool called Fireflies.ai. I will send you notes and recordings within 48 hours of the session. To access notes to each session, you must create a free Fireflies.ai account. If you do not want AI transcriptions and notes of your sessions, please let me know before our session and I can remove the notetaker.
GOOGLE DOCS: All our shared worksheets and templates will be built in Google Docs. If for some reason, you do not or cannot get access to these shared tools, please let me know so I can create a PDF or a workaround solution for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If for some important reason, you cannot make a scheduled session despite your commitment, you agree to give me a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance (unless there is a bona fide emergency). Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiting your session.
FEES: Coaching fees are non-refundable. If I cannot continue with the work, you will be refunded fees for unused sessions. If you choose not to continue, any unused fees will be forfeited.
CONFIDENTIALITY: You understand that everything you share will be held in the strictest confidentiality. *I am working on my ICF coaching certification, and as part of that work, I need to log my coaching hours with client name, date, time, and duration. The International Coaching Federation may contact you to confirm our sessions together. If you would prefer not to be included in this coaching hour log, please let me know.
Reflect on Your Past Year with Our Self-Reflection Workbook
Think back to the person you were a year ago. How much has changed for you? What still feels the same? Whether you are at the end of a calendar year, celebrating a birthday, or coming up on a big anniversary, pausing to look back on the last 365 days can help you be better prepared for the next 365 days.
The Power of Storytelling
Storytelling provides a powerful tool for this deep reflection and intention setting. Whether you know it or not, you tell stories all the time – to yourself, to each other, and to the world. Consequently, shaping a memory (or desire) into a story helps you make meaning, learn lessons, and connect deeply.
About This Workbook
This 30-page storytelling workbook is designed to help you uncover the major (and unexpected) stories from this year, reflect on what made this trip around the sun special, and get clear on the type of story you want to tell about the year coming up. Because A LOT can happen in 365 days.
The Ups and Downs of Life
Some moments you feel like you’re living your Best Life, in the flow and abundant. Other times you might feel like you’re in a pit of despair and it’s hard to see a way out. These up-and-down cycles are a normal part of life. They are the things that make us human. They are also the things that make our best stories.
You Are the Author
But you are the author of your own life story, so you get to choose how you craft the story of these events. Do you want to tell stories that motivate you to take action and move forward? Or are the stories you’re telling keeping you stuck in a negative loop?
Taking Ownership of Your Stories
Taking a time out to think about your stories is the first step towards taking ownership over them. Then, you can actively write the stories you want to tell next.
How to Use This Self-Reflection Workbook
Once you purchase this digital workbook, you will get access to an editable Google Doc copy and a printable PDF. This workbook has a number of exercises that will get you thinking about your stories. You can do them in order, or bop around to the prompts that you feel called to. Answer the prompts in any way you want – bullet points, full sentences, haikus. Write in the Google Doc or copy the prompts into your own journal.
Spark Your Memories
I encourage you to go look back through your photos, calendar, journal, etc., to help you remember all the good, bad, and beautiful moments from this year.
BONUS: Storytelling Video Lessons
There are also a few VIDEO LESSONS linked throughout where Liz will deeper explain the exercise, teach you a bit about storytelling, and share examples from her own life.
