This session is ideal for those looking for a deeper healing experience. In addition to balancing your energy field, you’ll release blockages that impact your physical and emotional well-being. Epigenetics is the science of how trauma is passed down genetically, and recent discoveries demonstrate that trauma is stored in the body. Whether consciously aware of it or not, this impacts how you interact with the world around you. Even awareness and intellectualizing these trauma blockages can only get you so far. This is why energetic maintenance is crucial in any well-being routine.

This session will help you release blockages so that you can show up as your highest self. You’ll also receive an overview of what came up in your energy field during the session, which helps clarify your overall well-being goals.
