Fun Fact
Here’s a weird coincidence: The name of my business (Career Intelligence Academy) can be abbreviated to the CIA (yes, pretty obvious now, but I didn’t think about it when I gave it the name!). But what’s more, in lockdown we moved from London to Sussex and the house we bought just happened to be called… Langley. So, now when people ask me what I do I can genuinely say: “I run an intelligence business called the CIA operating out of Langley.”
Favorite Quote
“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.” - Martha Graham
Favorite Book
This is hard as I am a total book-worm. But the book that has most shaped my thinking recently is “The Master & His Emissary” by Iain McGilchrist. It made me see the whole world differently (in a good way)

Super helpful practical bitesize reflective 5 minute modules to help you consider what your unique contribution is to the world. I found this one of the most thought-providing learning exercises that I have ever done. Highly recommend.
