Bio
Jennifer Jordan, founder and creator of Four Dimensions Wellness, is an intuitive, a somatic healer, Mindfulness Chef & Retreat Host, and Yoga Enthusiast. She is empowered by the Divine Feminine as a truth seeker fueled by Love.Formerly an Executive Chef in the restaurant industry in Dallas, she embarked on her culinary journey right after graduating from culinary school at the tender age of 18. Becoming better known as Suki, her career path was marked by rich experiences and valuable connections.
However, it wasn't until a decade into her profession that she came to the realization that she had inadvertently subjected herself to a lifestyle characterized by detrimental dietary choices, unhealthy habits, substance and alcohol abuse, and toxicity in every direction. The demanding kitchen environment also took a toll on her physical and mental well-being.
Around the year 2020, Chef Suki's unsustainable life crumbled as her passion project and restaurant, Mudhen Meat & Greens, closed its doors. Like many others during that challenging period, her life was turned upside down, leaving her overwhelmed by grief and desperate for change.
Jennifer Jordan's transformation back to her whole-self began with a gradual embodiment process, commencing with a 66-day gratitude journal that revolutionized her life by instilling positive daily habits. This marked the beginning of her journey with The Break Method, a transformative approach that played a pivotal role in redirecting the course of her life. In a 16-week guided self-discovery program, she unwound years of trauma and found her way back to a healthier path. It introduced her to the powerful concept of Radical Self Love.
Radical Self Love became a profound and ongoing process, one that involved shedding old habits and patterns to create space for new choices, unlearning and relearning, healing old wounds, and allowing her authentic self to shine through.
In her journey, she embarked on a yoga retreat and found a career adjacent to food that allowed her to discover her true calling: nourishing others through food and fostering fellowship. Alongside her personal transformation, she also discovered a more sustainable way of life and overall well-being.
Today, Jennifer's mission is to empower others to heal their relationships with themselves and make lasting positive changes in their lives. She uses a variety of methods and modalities in her practice and is dedicated to the cause of guiding individuals through lasting transformation to embrace a more fulfilling and sustainable way of life.
