I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry as an Entertainment Coordinator & Retreat Manager. I am originally from Kingston but have traveled all over Jamaica. I've done dancing on different beaches, hiking the Blue Mountain Peak, Calabash, bamboo rafting & so much more!Other than traveling, dancing & people, I love writing. I've self-published a couple children's books - "Irie the Caterpillar" & "Irie the Butterfly".

We had a wonderful time cooking Jamaican curry chicken with Latoya’s online class! My two young kids (ages 7 and 10) loved how easy it was to follow Latoya’s step-by-step instructions.
