Bio
Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a Storytelling Coach on a mission to help you harness the power of your personal stories. My approach combines the art and science of storytelling, where you’ll gain the tools to use your stories to communicate better, connect deeper, and inspire meaningful action. For 15+ years, I told other people’s stories. Working as a content producer and creative lead for companies (Airbnb), campaigns (Obama 2012), and cable (Bravo), I helped hundreds of regular people (and some celebrities) turn their stories into catalysts for positive change (from electing a president to finding love on a dating show.)
But after getting laid off in 2020, I turned to my own stories for the first time.
Diving into my stories (and the storytelling of tarot readings) helped me process my changing circumstances, get clear on what I really wanted to do, and move forward with confidence.
Along the way, I realized that in today’s fast-paced, distracted world, many of us don’t feel connected to our own stories anymore.
That’s why I create transformative storytelling spaces where you can take a pause from your busy day-to-day life to dive deep into your own rich stories and experiences.
My ideal client is someone who wants to shift into the next chapter of your life, but the path to get there is a little murky.
Maybe you’re in a time of career transition, in between jobs, in a job that no longer serves you, or you’re an entrepreneur starting your own business.
You know that sharing your story is going to be an important skill on your journey ahead. You’ll be using it in job interviews or to secure funding for your new venture. Or maybe you’ve always desired to share your story in some way, like through a blog or sharing it on stage.
But fear or nervousness are holding you back.
Ultimately, you actively want to take control of your life story, but you want a little help, guidance, and accountability along the way.
That was me four years ago so I know what you’re going through.
My process guides you to unearth the meaningful stories of your past, get clarity on your present narratives, and proactively shape the story you want to live moving into the future.
You'll learn to tell engaging, memorable, and inspiring stories that allow you to connect more intentionally with yourself and others, too.
Your extraordinary stories are waiting to be unleashed upon the world. I'm here to help you share them.

Favorite Quote
“We are all in the midst of a great story. There is a continual narrative at work, being shaped by our life choices. Storytelling provides the lens through which we can see those choices more clearly. With this clarity, we can seize our destiny.” — Bobette Buster, “DO: Story”
Favorite Book
Nonfiction: The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks - his concept of the Zone of Genius and Upper Limit Problems absolutely changed my life! Fiction: I am currently on a BIG romantasy kick. I devoured everything Sarah J. Maas, Fourth Wing/Iron Flame, and am now making my way through the Zodiac Academy Series
