Bio
I’m Sandhya, an ADHD coach, Yoga, Pilates and meditation teacher with a gentle, nervous-system–focused approach to wellbeing. I specialise in supporting people who feel overwhelmed, wired-but-tired, or who suspect they may be living with ADHD or a sensitive, busy mind. For many years I pushed through burnout, anxiety and exhaustion, wondering why I couldn’t keep up in the way other people seemed to. Discovering my own ADHD and learning about emotional overwhelm changed everything. Instead of trying to “fix” myself, I began working with my nervous system – using breath, mindful movement and deep rest as foundations for everyday life.
My work now weaves together yoga, Pilates, NSDR, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, EFT tapping and simple ADHD-friendly tools. I love creating practices that are short, kind and realistic for real life: 3–10 minute resets, longer soothing sleep journeys, and gentle movement that meets you exactly where you are. Many of my meditations and courses are designed to help with overwhelm, difficulty switching off, rejection sensitivity, and the feeling of being “too much” or “not enough.”
In 1:1 sessions, I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel supported. We might explore grounding the body, softening anxious thoughts, or making small, compassionate changes to your routines. Everything is optional, trauma-sensitive, and adaptable to pain, fatigue or mobility needs.
Alongside teaching, I’m also a writer and poet, creating resources around ADHD, emotional healing and self-acceptance. My hope is that our work together helps you feel less alone, more understood, and gradually more at home in your own body and mind.
You don’t have to “get it all right” to begin. You just need one gentle step.
