His expertise extends to having worked as a location scout and translator for BBC nature documentaries and Netflix's Chef's Table series in Sicily.

Jessie, on the other hand, is an expert Nature guide with a particular passion for exploring the traditional uses of plants and materials for food, medicines, and local crafts. Both Carlo and Jessie share an unwavering commitment to immersing themselves in the beauty of nature, dedicating more time to it than any other place.
