Bio
Meet Alexandra - a dedicated Energy Healer and Spiritual Advisor who will empower your highest self. Through her self-healing journey to overcome developmental trauma and anxiety, along with a profound spiritual transformation, she was called to be a channel of healing for others. She uses the metaphysical practice of Reiki, trance medium healing, mindfulness techniques, intuitive gifts, and psychedelic medicine to help heal the mind, body, and spirit. She will gently guide you with compassionate understanding to help you find the answers within and live your most fulfilled life.Having guided countless individuals in both group and 1:1 settings, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience to your journey. In addition to her private practice, she was previously, she was an Integration Coach at Mindbloom and the Director of Patient Experience at Wonder Sciences. Currently, she is earning a Master of Science Degree in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology. Her other training includes double Reiki Master certification, an apprenticeship with Shippibo Shamans, a Ketamine integration program, psychic development, and heart coherence healing.
Beyond her professional work, Alexandra is passionate about increasing access to holistic wellness and supporting BIPOC and marginalized communities. In addition to providing robust sliding scale and scholarship opportunities to those in need, she sits on the Leadership Advisory
Board for Vista Del Mar, a non-profit providing trauma-informed care and mental health services to the most vulnerable children and families in Southern California. She believes that by healing ourselves and raising consciousness, we improve the wellbeing of the planet and all its

After sharing my visions from an Ayahausca experience, I was invited by Shipibo shamans to study the shamanic path, so I lived in a teepee for a month in Peru learning their indigenous traditions and sitting with the medicine many times.
