Hi, I’m Heather.Before I found my way to coaching, I worked in sales & trading for a Wall Street bank. Not exactly Wolf of Wall Street…but…pretty much. It was market hours, a phone on each ear (one with the trading desk and one with the client), and cutthroat negotiations. It was stressful, hectic, and exhilarating.
I left that crazy world after almost 19 years to become an actor. My family was as surprised as you are. A complete 180, I realize, but just as thrilling. I’ve booked multiple Motion Capture roles for NBA 2K games, and have roles on iCarly, Blindspotting, and an amazing VoiceOver role for Pixar.
I also became a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach (investing in people, instead of the bond market!). That means I’m trained to use the CliftonStrengths assessment to help individuals and corporate teams of all sizes discover and sharpen their natural talents which can lead to explosive personal and professional growth.
When individuals and corporate teams are working from a place of strength, there is hope, productivity, growth, and longevity. People feel seen, heard, and appreciated for exactly who they are and what natural talents (strengths) they bring to the table.
Before our session, I’ll send you a link to take the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment (a $25 additional fee). From that, you’ll get a detailed report of your top 5 strengths and personal insights and I’ll take it from there. If you prefer to coach around the CliftonStrengths 34 report (34 themes instead of 5) there will be a $60 additional fee and you’ll need to book 1.5 hours.
During our time together, we’ll dive into your talent themes and how you can best strengthen, combine, and point them toward goals and desired outcomes.
The strengths report, combined with our discussion, will give you personal insights that may seem like I have a crystal ball. It’ll also give you the vocabulary to explain to anyone, exactly who you are, what makes you tick, and how you move through the world.
It’s fun. It’s deep. And you’ll understand why you do the things you do. Most importantly, you will finally be able to answer the dreaded question, “Tell me about yourself….”

Fun Fact
My first job out of college was as a roller skating waitress in New York City. I LOVED it. I wore roller skates for an extra $5 per shift. The restaurant had four stairs from the kitchen and bar to the where the tables were, so I had to carry a full tray of drinks or multiple plates (sometimes up to 7!) down the stairs...on skates...backwards, using just my elbow.
