These classes are more of a “forum” than traditional classes where we explore the design of the body, the kinesthetic connection to it, and the practice of working with it rather than the patterns we’ve developed that have been working against it. This is imperative for the sustainability of your body while taking agency over the aging process and performing at the top of your game whether the game is a sport, or the game of life.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Erin Burch, PT, The Body Whisperer in a very affordable way while still receiving her surgical precision and expertise. She is skilled at calling out the negative patterns that take your body into directions you don’t want to live.
