Description

I create a safe & intimate environment bringing you experiences ranging from meditation, sound healing, breathwork, vocal toning, Reiki, and gentle movement modalities. I work with you to envision the optimal virtual restorative experience for your group.

During our 60-minute virtual session on Google Meets, I create a flow where we engage in several wellness modalities anywhere from 3 mins to 15 mins. At the beginning, I give an overall picture of the whole session. Before each step, I give a demonstration and make sure that everyone feels comfortable with what we are doing. We then proceed to do it all together as a group.

Participants are usually sitting for the first half of the session which is more active and can lie down for the second part of the session which is more passive. At the end of the session we have a few minutes to share what we experienced together. A low-key guided experience for stress reduction and easing of the body & mind.

Get into deep rest as the healing vibrations of sound and Reiki nourish you, releasing any tensions. Participants often find themselves leaving more connected to themselves and refreshed. Ideal for work-related environments that are on a remote schedule and need to bond with colleagues in a non-work-related manner.
