The BIG Acts’ difference:
* Leadership coaches and consultants with direct experience as impact entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, and operations professionals
* Principals with 60+ years’ cumulative experience working at the forefront of the positive environmental and social impact space.
* Deep experience in human behavior and motivation helping to ensure stakeholders find meaning in strategy and implementation.
* Experienced strategists focused on solutions that build social, environmental, brand, and business value.
* Lead with a coaching approach to amplify the positive combination of external perspective and internal expertise.
Additionally, for all coaching-connected services delivered by Becca:
* Use play: using session as time to do important work AND have some fun while doing it.
* Use thought starters: as a voracious reader, I love to discover new ideas based on evidence and research that I can offer to my clients as part of our experimentation.
* Are goal- and data-based: goals direct our coaching focus; data informs our approach and helps us track results, even in one session!
I walk the walk:

Fun Fact
I have a goal to visit as many countries as I am old. And I'm current on this goal. When traveling near and far, I love to explore parks/ trails/water, street art, local beverages, doughnuts or the equivalent, plant-based foods (especially ones I can learn to make from local experts), and second-hand shops, ideally done via public transport or walking under as many trees as possible.
Favorite Quote
I'm a prolific quote collector, regularly saving ones from diverse sources like the Daily Stoic, First Light Meditation, Anti-Racism Daily, James Clear (Atomic Habits), and my friend CASE who regularly shares a quote in Spanish and English. This quote resonates with me as I reflect on adult development and social/ environmental justice: "The capacity to tolerate complexity and welcome contradiction, not the need for simplicity and certainty, is the attribute of an explorer." (Heinz Pagels, 1939 – 1988)
