1. Sound Healing Sessions
By booking a sound healing session with Fátima Teixeira, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Policy: Payments are due upon booking.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the session begins. To reschedule or cancel, log into your Plentiful account, navigate to "Orders," and make the appropriate change.
Missed Sessions: No refunds will be given for missed sessions.
Punctuality: Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without a refund.
Ethics and Confidentiality: All services are provided with the highest ethical standards, respecting client confidentiality and privacy.
Disclaimer: While we aim to create positive experiences, results may vary. Fátima Teixeira is not liable for any outcomes beyond her control.
2. Retreats
By booking a retreat with Fátima Teixeira, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due by the specified deadline.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a refund, minus the deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.
Transfer of Booking: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant with prior approval from Fátima.
Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for their travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise stated (e.g., complimentary airport transfers).
